Flower Pops

Spring is definitely springing around here!

Winter seemed to pass us by and we've been enjoying the unseasonably warmer temps. We've been playing outside, ditching our winter coats, and best of all - seeing all of the flowers beginning to bloom! That's definitely where my inspiration has come from for these.

My favorite type of projects are simple ones and this one can't get any easier.

Here's how:

Push a lollipop stick into your marshmallow and dip with your favorite coating.

I used candy melts for a few but I thought that the plain white ones looked the best with these muffing liners. I used white almond bark to coat mine. Just follow the melting instructions on the package.

Tip: To keep them upright for drying, stick them into styrofoam or turn a colander upside down and place the lollipop sticks through the holes.

While the pops are drying get the mini-muffin liners ready. Using the tip of your scissors, poke a small hole in the center of the liner. When the pops are dry push the stick through the hole of the liner. If you've made the hole in the liner a little too big and it doesn't want to stay up just tie a ribbon right under it.

Viola!

Springy Marshmallow Flower Pops!

How cute would a big table of these be? With all the different designs of muffin liners that are now offered the possibilities are endless! These are from Wilton and remind me of tulips. Perfect for Easter or any other type of Springy Soiree!

Thanks for stopping by! I'm linking up to the following parties this week.

  11. These are lovely (and Pick your Plum is offering tulip-shaped cupcake cases today!) I might get some and make some little bouquets for Easter.
I have just one question. How long do they last? Are they eat-same-day things or will they keep for a day or two? Thank you for sharing these!
